Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 8899tt platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and 8899tt regarding your use of the platform.

If you are accessing the 8899tt platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" in these Terms & Conditions refers to both you individually and the person or entity on whose behalf you are acting.

8899tt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the 8899tt platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your account's existence. Failure to meet or maintain any of these requirements renders your account subject to immediate suspension.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 8899tt enforces a strict minimum age policy and will verify the age of all registered players as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be permanently closed and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts on the 8899tt platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal incapacity that prevents you from entering into contracts, you are not permitted to use the platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 8899tt or any affiliated responsible gambling programme. If you are self-excluded, any attempt to create a new account is a breach of these terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or agent of 8899tt or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or service providers, where such participation creates a conflict of interest.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 8899tt's services — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and game participation — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at the time of submission.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 8899tt at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination of identifying factors — constitutes a breach of these terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be permanently suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances. 8899tt accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• You must provide a valid email address and phone number during registration. These are used for account verification, security notifications, and support communications.
• Account usernames must not contain offensive, misleading, or impersonating language. 8899tt reserves the right to require a username change at its discretion.
• You are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making your first withdrawal. KYC documents typically include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of your payment method ownership.
• You must notify 8899tt support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 8899tt will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a temporary account lock pending identity re-verification.
• Two-step verification (2SV) is available to all registered players and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2SV significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
• Account information changes — including email address, phone number, and registered payment methods — must be submitted through the account settings panel and may require identity re-verification before taking effect.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

8899tt supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and displayed odds are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players are not required to convert currencies at any point during normal platform use.

• All funds deposited into your 8899tt account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to approval and will be reviewed within the timeframes stated in the payments section of the platform. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers are completed within one to three business days.
• 8899tt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where identity verification has not been completed. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not applied selectively.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for any betting or gaming activity may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal, particularly where the deposit pattern appears inconsistent with normal player activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to 8899tt will result in immediate account suspension. 8899tt reserves the right to pursue recovery of fraudulent chargeback amounts through all available legal means.
• 8899tt does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which 8899tt has no control.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

8899tt offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural calendar. All promotions are subject to the specific terms associated with each offer, together with the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria for each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms. 8899tt reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated in each offer's terms before you choose to claim it.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are stated in each promotion's terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate, and certain game types may be excluded entirely.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds remain in a separate bonus balance until wagering requirements are satisfied. Only then are they transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
• If you choose to withdraw real-money funds before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal.
• 8899tt does not modify bonus wagering requirements or expiry dates retroactively once a bonus has been credited to an account. The terms in place at the time of claiming are the terms that apply throughout the bonus period.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion's terms. Only one welcome bonus offer may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• 8899tt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time where it determines that the offer is being misused, exploited, or claimed through means inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 8899tt platform is subject to the general rules set out in this section, together with any game-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general rules and specific rules, the specific rules take precedence.

• Bets and wagers are final and binding once confirmed. 8899tt does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify placed bets except in specific circumstances outlined in the sports betting rules, such as the cancellation of an event or the voiding of a market due to a technical error.
• All RNG-based games on 8899tt use certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness. 8899tt does not manipulate game outcomes. Results generated by certified RNG systems are final.
• Live casino games are sourced from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules and outcomes of live casino games are governed by the respective provider's certified rules. 8899tt does not influence live dealer outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — 8899tt will endeavour to determine the outcome based on available data. Where a fair determination cannot be made, the stake will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game session are not guaranteed.
• Odds displayed on the 8899tt sports betting platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds locked in at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• 8899tt reserves the right to void bets where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of a market has been compromised, including where there is evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit pricing errors.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply across all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 8899tt reserves the right to apply individual account-level limits where warranted by risk management considerations.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 8899tt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable law permits recovery of damages.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, bonus claims, or any other interaction with the platform or its support team.
• Money Laundering: Using the 8899tt platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 8899tt cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity, artificial wagering patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement, or any other mechanism inconsistent with recreational play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker-style games, coordinated in-play betting, or sharing of non-public information.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-reading software, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against deposits made to the platform. Legitimate disputes should be directed to 8899tt's support team before any chargeback is initiated with a payment provider.
• Account Sharing: Allowing a third party to access or operate your 8899tt account, or accessing another player's account with or without their consent.
• Underage Access: Registering or attempting to register an account while under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a person under the age of 18 to use your account.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the player or 8899tt — may initiate account closure at any time. The process and implications differ depending on who initiates the closure and the reason for it.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: If you wish to close your 8899tt account, you may do so by contacting the customer support team. Before closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances and any associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon closure. Once an account is closed at a player's request, it may be reopened subject to identity re-verification at 8899tt's discretion, except where the closure was initiated as part of a self-exclusion request, in which case stricter reinstatement conditions apply.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who self-exclude or request a cooling-off period will have their accounts restricted in accordance with the responsible gaming tools described in 8899tt's Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed, and requests for early reinstatement will not be actioned. This policy exists to genuinely protect players, not as a formality.

Closure by 8899tt: 8899tt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player's account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The player has initiated a chargeback against a deposit made to 8899tt.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account is contrary to 8899tt's risk management, legal obligations, or responsible gaming commitments.
• 8899tt is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.

Where an account is closed by 8899tt due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited pending investigation. 8899tt will provide written notification of the closure and the reason for it where legally permissible to do so. Players who believe a closure decision has been made in error may appeal through the support team, providing relevant documentation to support their case.
